Way to go on all the weight loss! How much can you eat at a setting now? I wasn't really tracking cals or anything but I wasn't really losing so I came home and figured out cals for last Sat and I couldn't believe it - I had like 1700 cals!! No wonder! I didn't even eat anything bad. I just assumed I couldn't eat that many cals if I ate foods that were ok. Wrong! I've really gotta watch it now!

Hi Deb! How are you? I'm doing okay...sort of slowed down on my weight loss. I need to start exercising, but have been working too many hours and taking an online class so am just sitting on my butt!

Just starting week 8 of 12 of the Options program at Kaiser. Time is flying and the weight loss is slow but steady. I feel great.

No, I don't following my guidelines 100% of the time. I have eaten my fair share of donuts and tabo foods. But I don't beat myself up about it and I go on. I do try to eat my protein and drink my water and I think that helps alot. I have slowed down alot in my weight loss tho. I am losing about 10 pounds a month now. That's why I am hoping to be at goal by Aug.

50 lbs. gone today, and feeling restriction finally after fill last week. NSV being able to wash hair in kitchen sink again!

If anyone would like to friend me on myfitnesspal, I would like some banders that have had great success in their weight loss journey that wouldn't mind sharing their menus with me so I can get ideas. I am at the beginning of this journey and don't want to lose the momentum I already have by getting bored with my menu! Thank you!

The downside of losing a ton of weight? Loss of insulation! I swear I'm constantly freezing!

My weight loss is neither fast nor slow. It is what it is. I'm losing weight, feeling great, and trying to remain patient and THANKFUL!! I am eternally grateful for all the support I've been given here, on this forum, and from family and friends at home.

Great news today from my hair stylist of 20+ years...2 months ago she estimated that I had lost about 10% of my hair. Today she showed me all of the new growth...it's coming back!! Yay...

My weight loss has slowed down. I am looking for some encourgement to get moving. I was banded on Aug 15th and I am nervous about working out. When I stretch my stomach, I feel a pulling at my port. Has anyone else experience this? If so, How did you deal with it?
