Hi everyone I was banded Oct 15th 2010 and I have lost 19 lbs. I started at 235 WOW this past week has been full of emotions emotions emotions but my will and support of my husband and family has been a blessing...Being on liquids has not been an issue it's these darn cravings i feel. Ive come to realize that food is like a drug, like cocaine, heroin, pill....Its the W/D that im having a hard time with....Suger is the worst thing to detox from : / BUT Im getting better TYJ This is my last week on liquids then on to mushys yumm yumm with my protien drinks in between..Good Luck to you all
