I am currently in the process of doing all the research and looking into getting this done for my health. Right now my BMI is about 38 and I'm pre-diabetic (fasting glucose was 102) and my triglycerides are an astounding 295. Diabetes and heart disease run in my family so I want to do what I can to be healthier for myself and my children.
