I have struggled with my weight my entire life.  It never effected my self esteem, or my health.  That is, until I hit 30!  My knees hurt, my ankles with swell, I was always tired.  I decided something had to change... I had to change!  I tried losing weight several times on my own and always succeeded... But then I always gained the weight back, plus some.  I needed help.  In May of 2010 I went to a seminar.  I had my surgery September 1st 2010. I am feeling great and loosing weight slowly and steadily.  I think it was one of the best decisions in my life!
