I started this journey on August 26th 2010 with my sister Barb.  We went in to True Results in Austin, TX for our consult.  The people there were so very nice and as we made the decision to do this they jumped in with both feet to get us started on our way.  Our insurance company required a 4 month wait with nutrition classes, eating logs, phyic eval and so on.  We have been jumping through the insurance hoops but I am glad to do it as I believe this is the greatest opportunity to lose weight that has ever been offered to me.  I am looking forward to starting the New Year off on the right foot and NOT be done with it in 3 or 4 days.  This is going to be a great tool for the rest of my long and healthy life!I have been on one diet or another since I was in the 7th grade, about 40 years.  I just came to the point at the beginning of this past summer that I could not do another diet.  So I drifted through the summer not doing anything and gaining along the way.  August is when I said that I had to do something but it had to be for life.  I tell you right now I am a foodie!  But I want to be a foodie with great control.  I just can't wait!PattyB
