    I was banded on the 6th of Oct and I gave up pop a month bf that. I wanted to get over the headaches bf I had surgery and now it has been 2 months without and I feel better I still want one once in awhile but I wont give in my band is to special for that. You can do it!! I use to drink 4-5 bottles a day and I quit so you can do it to!! Good Luck to you!!

    I had my surg on the 6th to and i am eating pudding and cream soup and it has been fine.. I also needed something so I tried it and know what doesnt work no applesauce yet didnt work. Good Luck
