Hello everyone, I am being banded in the morning, check in time 5:30, surgery 7:30..Yeah!! I have been on clear liquids all day, even passed up my departments Christmas lunch. I know there will be more Christmas lunches for me to attend with the new me, although I could taste those rolls... This was really hard since nobody at work knows what I am having done. Good luck to everyone. -
Are you doing the HMR800?, I like both the vanilla and chocolate, mix with water and shake it up in my GNC shaker.

I went for my first appt on Tuesday, just waiting for approval through my insurance. Once they get approval they will call me to come back in. They did say I would be able to have it done before the end of the year and that was one of my goals. Good luck!! -

Arkawana I am going through the steps seminars etc. From the time you went to the first seminar till your soon to be band how long did the process take you.
