I haven't had much of a weight problem until just before I had a stent.  For three months I did not do much and had put on 40lbs before the doctors could figure out what was going on with me.....  Since my stent my thyroid went crazy and I have had a time getting it regulated taking my meds faithfully.  I am now 140lbs over what my ideal weight is, I have started the Lapband process so hopefully by the end of the year I can finish the process and be on the way to a healthier slender person......
