Hello,I too am struggling, but I thought maybe we could support each other. I was banded in 2010, lost 60, have gained back about 30. Eating has been unhealthy-also emotional eating, late evening eating, stress eating. I hope talking about it with someone who's been there can be encouraging! -

Good luck to you. I was banded on the 7th, feeling pretty good, hungry tho! stock up on your protein drinks, I had to scramble at last minute! -

Does anyone here have Celiac Disease?

I have celiac. I'm drinking high protein slim fast, unjury. herbox bouillion, jello, juice. in first week, banded 10/7. I am jealous that others can eat oatmeal or cream of wheat. I am hungry! -
H/A is gone for now, thanks. It comes and goes, thankfully cuz it's pretty painful. I'm taking ibupro,baby aspirin and liquid tylenol--just to be sure! I feel great about the surgery, went out today to pick up some extra protein shakes, feeling pretty good! I am hungry though and can't wait for mushies Thursday. found a website, eggface-with lots of good ideas/recipes.

I am not sure how this website works. I had band surgery 10/7/10. I also have celiac, so am trying to find options for oatmeal or cream of wheat-which I can't have. Made some egg-drop soup, then drained it. Anyone else struggling with gluten-free options? I feel pretty good, have a headache and some cramps, but otherwise, feeling ok. K -
