I am currently 228lbs. I remember my skinny days and there are times that i don't believe that I am that huge, until I step on a scale or see a picture that was taken of me, emphasizing my rolls. I want to go back to my "healthy weight days". I don't even know how this all got so out of hand. At what point did I become this? I am just now going through the motions. I have millions of thoughts going back and forth on whether i should do this or not, should I do gastric or the band or the sleeve? is this the answer for me? will i be the person that gains all the weight back? I don't know.. this is a life time change. I am not even sure if my insurance will approve me. let's see where this journey takes me. for better or worse.
