I have been struggling with my weight fo a long time now.  I tried all the diets I ever heard of and unsuccessfully I might add.  I heard about lapband and was immediately interested.  I went to the seminar in Louisville and got scared and decided to opt out of it.  then about two years later I decided that I was going to reconsider, but the only doctor's or bariatric units.  I then of course put it off and then my loving husband, Steve saw in the Courier Journal that there was a new Bariatric Doctor in Bardstown, Kentucky and he was doing lap band and gastric surgeries and there was a seminar coming up in a few days.  I went to the seminar and gave all my information and after that I had to do 6 months of doctor visits for weight loss and now that all that is completed my surgery is two weeks away.
