So I started out in 24 size jeans, the other day i went to our storage unit to pick up some older clothes that use to fit me for when the time comes, and I tried on a pair curious to see how far i needed. Well they fit! 18's! Then I tried on the next, and they fit. I ran into the living room and showed my mom and started dancing around. I then ran back to my room and tried on the rest. They all fit! I 'm so excited! :D

I am doing great on my 3 week liquid diet after surgery. I haven't cheated. I have the rest of today and tomorrow left. These past few days my mom hasn't been doing as well as she was. She wasn't really eating around me, and if she was it was stuff that didn't really phase me. These last few days she made spagetti for her and my dad. I could smell it throughout the whole house, and she knows its my favorite and then yesterday she brought zaxbys home to my dad. My previous fav fast food and now i just walked in to see her eating papa johns. AHHHH Mental hunger to the max. Im so sick of tomato soup and shakes. I can't wait until wed, but this is making it a bit unfair

Thank you!

no, she doesn't. Shes lucky that way, now maybe she should have better habits but my mother is thin. 140 lbs 5,8

I think you both are right to an extend. I appreciate the feedback!

I don't, but i didn't expect her to wham me with my three favs in a row :/ and yeah i have made great progress.

I can ignore it no problem like you said, its just when its in the house is when i get upset.(i dont want it around) I mean i didn't touch it, doesn't mean that it still doesn't make me want to eat something. There is only so long that you can do tomato soup, and shakes before going a little koo koo..>.<

I can't wait. -
I was told not to, but i dont see the difference if it's liquified. I cant find any good creamy soups...so i liquified the vegetable soup. I just feel like i need something else. Tomato soup is really beginning to gross me out. How will it be bad for me if there isnt any chunks?

Dear Christy, You can do it! My doctor has a very strict liquid diet of three weeks. and up until yesterday i was just on clear liquids. I cant have cottage cheese no jello like i've been seeing others have. Today i can add in creamy soups with no chunks and protein shakes until the last day which is the 30th! I'm toughing it out, dont feel hungry...but it's still weird not eating anything.

my nutritionist told me that i didn't need more than 50g per day when i start back on solids, she said unless you work out more than 12 hrs a week all that protein isn't necessary. So don't overdo it, and calories really varies for each person, if you exercising i'd recommend at least 1000-1200. Femles are different than males, and im pretty sure reverie is doing bodybuilder amount of protein.

Well dang! I'm def going to have to look more into this!

They do, do it very low. I'm trying to figure out what insurance you guys have cause i've never really heard of insurance covering plastic surgery. That's essentially how they see it. Its cosmetic. I would love to how some input on ways to get covered etc.

What kind of surgery did it cover? The stomach excess skin removal?

I have the biggest loser scale, works wonderful. -
If you find a fantastic doctor I highly doubt they will be nasty. What insurance do you have! For them to cover it is a big deal!

I was banded on August 10th, and my surgeon has performed over 10,000 procedures. He's the co founder of the band, and has a fantastic reputation. He was recently published in Newsweek as 1 of the 15 top bariatric surgeons. He's been on CNN & Oprah. He and his team of surgeons, nutritionists and healthcare professionals developed Enspira–formulated with six fruits and six vegetables as well as green tea extract. It's called Enspira, and I've been taking it. So far It's been going well, and I thought you guys might be interested in checking it out. Here is the link http://obesitycontro...e-multivitamin/ Thought i'd share with you all! We are all here for each others well-being and progress!!! -
