hi my name is Shauna and in the past  year i have had some serious health issues come up i have gained over 100pounds an i just keep gaining the more weight i gain the more health issues that are surfacing i have hypothyroidism,arthritis in my lower back ,high cholesterol,my knees are  now starting to hurt i can no long get up without help an i cant walk or stand for long periods of time I'm on so many medications now i cant function an I'm also starting to have issues with shortness of breath an chest pain an numbness in arms an legs.my Dr gave me a referral to see a surgeon about lap band but they wont make an appt. with me yet until we figure out if my health ins. will cover me.i have care source how can i find out if my insurance will cover the surgery? I'm not wanting to do this just to do it i Need this to live a healthy life and be here for my son an family.. someone please help!
