Good morning every one,
First let me apologize for not posting any news or topics for awhile. Today I want to ask how many of you know your body type wheather your are Endomorph, Mesomorph, or Ectomorph? If you don't, it's a great idea to find out. Knowing your body type will help you learn if your body gains muscle and burns fat slowly or rather quickly. With this info you can then adjust your work out regimen to best fit your individual body type. For example, I'm mesomorph which typically means I have theses Characteristics;
Naturally lean
Naturally Muscualr
Naturally Strong
Female Hourglass figure
Gaining muscle is almost effortless
Just name a few.
Being mesomorph mean that I will look slimmer that I am since I have a lot of muscle (wink). It also means that I need to watch my strength training so that I don't get too bulky since I gain muscle quickly. There is tons of info online to help you find your body tyoe and I encourage every one to check it out.
