Beautiful Brown Baby Doll is a YouTuber who lost 100 pounds. Now she is not a band patient, she lost her weight with diet and exercise but she is still has been an inspiration to me during my journey. What About You Black is Beautiful?

One year ago today GOD delivered me from an 8 year abusive relationship. In this past year he has covered me and my children. He has changed me so much on the inside and out. I've learned to love and take care of myself and because of that I am a better mother. So today I’m am starting a 10 day fast to remind myself that sometimes you have to give up something to get closer to GOD…. Project keep moving forward!!!

I just realized that there are two weeks out of the month where I don’t know what I weigh (my scale is very inaccurate) My TOM can cause at least 2-3 pounds of water weight. And if I’ve been working out really hard, DOSMS (delayed on set muscle soreness) could cause water weight as well about 3-5 pounds. Interesting!!!! Towards the end of the month, my weight is back down to normal I can also see any additional weight that I’ve lost. Maybe I should divorce my scale because 2-3 weeks out of the month I have to rely on inches lost not my scale?

Those of you that need your scale to monitor your weight, Great Keep it. But I just don’t need mine anymore or at least not daily. I’ve become addicted to weighing myself everyday and it’s becoming a distraction and I can become discouraged when the numbers don’t change. The fact is the scale does not tell the whole TRUTH (at least for me If doesn’t). I’d rather use my monthly measurements because I tent to lose inches first. For example my weight has not changed for the last month but I’m down a pant size. Anyway maybe a divorce is a little extreme lol but we do need a little separation. I may just cut back to weighing myself weekly. Good Luck everyone!!
