My name is Damion and i'm 38 yr old and was banded on 10/7/10. Started liquid diet on 9/20/10 at 429 lbs. Day of surgery I was 400 lbs 10/7/10. Today 04/28/2011 I am 308 lbs. I try and workout 3-5 days a week for about 45 min to an 1 hr.
