Hello im rosemary I got banded 1-11-07 and I have lost 32 lbs .....Im frustrated that I have not lost more ...I feel like i hardly eat any more ....and yet I am still at 210 lbs.....does any one get fills in Albuquerque New mexico ????

hi Jeanette ......Im Rosemary ...yes I live in Albuquerque.....I had the band surgery on Jan 11, 2007 ........I am doing well .....5 weeks yesterday ......I have lost around 25 lbs so far .....and now eathing solid foods ........but I still love my food processor !!!! thank you so much for the encouragement ...i need all that i can get ....I am following the program to the tee ....unlike some other prople I read about in here that are not following the rules of being banded.......i am a self pay and I have to take care of myself and follow all of the rules and heal properly after the surgery.......looking forward to visiting with fellow bandsters after my banding ......... i am going to be faithful to my band !!!! happy holidays !!! hello and welcome ....I am getting banded my Dr Kuri in Tijuana .....he has a wonderful background with lap band surgery ....he is also more affordable than doctors in the US ....you might want to check into that before paying that $15,000.00 My band date is Jan 11, 2007....Rose:)

well today I am thinking more and more about my surgert scheduled on Jan 11 2007...yesterday I HAD A BREAK DOWN . AND cried alot thinking that something bad might happen to me during my surgery....I need to think more positive and know that a good thing will come out of this surgery ....I will loose my excess 75 lbs and I will find happiness !!! I have to learn to love Rose ..........
