I'm 25 year female that I have struggle with my weight since I was 10 or so. I went on my first diet at 12 the cabbage soup diet, and since then I have been several different diets, many have been short term success and others just a waste of money. Last year, I lost 40lbs on my own changed my eating habits , worked out 4 days a week and I gave up drinking soda. I was able to maintain this lost for the a year, and recently the weight has jump back on me, gaining back 30 of the 40 pounds I lost. I attended my first lap bad seminar on 9/27/10 and I'm ready to make stop with these battles and win the war so say.
