Hi, everyone I had the plication done on Oct. 18 and till this date i only lost 15 pounds . Is this ok or should i've lost more? my Doctor said, it's good because i was o lower BMI #33 so the more u have to loose the faster u loose it, I want to loose 50 more pounds.What do u think? About my 15 pounds? Thank u all.Happy Holidays.

Hi ,the plication is the same as the sleeve with no cutting of the stomach, what they do is they roll the stomach tissue in and stitch it ,and that does not allow u to eat that much. And if something ever goes wrong all u have to do is remove the stitches,and your stomach will go back to normal.Thank u for replying

HI, I had the plication done by DR Ortiz He is the only one that does the surgery Dr Martinez is his assistant, Before u go into surgery do your research i only lost 15 pounds and my surgery was on Oct 18.It is not working for me and i found more people with the same problem. About Dr Ortiz and the Occ they are all professional people. They really take care of u better than the US Doctor.Good luck

Hi i had mine done with Dr Ortiz in TJ, They are very professional better than the doctors in the US,The plication is not working well for me i only lost 11 pounds in 4 weeks.

lena Hello, So i change my mind on the surgery, I'm doing a plication not a sleeve my day is Monday the 18th with Dr Ortiz in Tijuana I went to the bank to get a check to pay for the full payment and i'm sitting in my car in the parking lot thinking what the hell am i doing . should i just accepet myself to be this way and be miserable, or should i have the surgery and star to live again, so i went enside got a check and fax it to them ,i think i made the right decision,so now i'm waiting for the big day.

Hello everyone, I have a surgery date for Oct.18 with Dr. Ortiz in Tijuana,I'm scared and nervous about all of it ,my husband thinks i'm crazy but no doctor here in the US will do it, My BMI is 33 and no health issues.why am i scare ?you may ask, I'm scared of the unknow,I'm getting the gastric sleeve.My question is, has anyone had Dr Ortiz for the sleeve? I've research him for weeks,I read a lot of possitive blogs but some really bad ones too.What is your opinion about him? please be honest.Thank you all.<BR style="CLEAR: both">
