Having fought and I do mean fought my weight since age 8, I finally had a roux en y in 2002. Went from 292 to 150. Have been gaining about 3/4 of a pound a month for the last 6 years, resulting in a re-gain of 40 pounds. I have literally once again tried everything to stop regain and actually lose, but my compulsive, addictive bahaviors get in the way. I buckle down, lose five pounds, feel better, then start eating till I gain it back plus 1 more! So I am now back to size 1x from a 12 (I am tall and built well, so on me a size 12 looks very good. And more importantly, at size 12 I feel great and my arthritis in my kneees is almost not a problem. I am suffering a lot now, quality of life greatly diminished since I got out of the 160 pound range. My bosy cannot acarry these extra pounds anymore, so I must have a lapband over bypass. I just must. Alixage 60femalesan diego
