Kimmes, I read in an old post that you were using your FSA. How did that go? Did you pay for the whole thing, or just the hospital/labs/tests/surgeon? I am planning to use mine as well, so a reply would be very helpful. I am on the pre-op diet and am scheduled with Dr. Kelly on 3/25/11. Thanks so much, Jean
