I have 2 wonderful NSV this week and I wanted to share - I need a couple of pairs of jeans - my old ones are WAY to big so I took them to the consignment shop and was down to 2 pair that fit - OK. I decided to go ahead and shop for a couple of pairs of jeans to fit me on my way to goal. Right now I am wearing mostly 12s and I thought I would try to find a pair of jeans - a fun trendy pair so I tried on these brands: Miss Me, Big Star, MKE, Buckle, Silver etc. I was trying on anything from 33 waist down to 31. I am taller an need 34 length - not always easy to find. I was SUPER happy that I decided to run into JC Penny and spotted a few A.N.A> brand jeans that were cute so off I go to the dressing room with 5 pairs of size 12 to try.........none fit. To ....baggy!??? I ended up buying one pair of size 10's and the best part was they were only $27 - whoot. I really wanted 2 pair so I headed to the Buckle store and must have tried on 20 pair of jeans..... ended up spending WAY WAY to much on a pair of Rock Revival jeans ($168-eek!). But decided this was my gift to myself for losing 52 pounds to date. And they just really made me feel so good when I looked at them. I am going to ask my honey to take a few pictures for my progress file later today and I will post. They are 31 x 34 and I love them....!! Shopping is getting way to fun. I must slow down on that until I make goal! I love my sleeve!

Stalling again...thankfully I took measurements and can say that I am losing inches - so while the scale does not move, at least my tape measurer is!

Oh NO - Ate stir-fry last night and sodium is catching me today! Got all my protein in and water...but scale jumped up to 185.4! Water weight...I think so. I will flush it out today!

I need to go shopping again...this time for some work clothes. Just bought 2 dresses on Ebay -size 12 and a 10 - both fit! 184.8 today...170's I am getting closer that ever.

Finally a little sunshine here in Minnesota! So looking forward to Spring then Summer! Only 5.1 between me at the 170's now! 185.1 today!

OK friends the increased protein is working - I did 90 grams again yesterday (added plain greek yogurt to my protein shakes to account for the increase) and again the scaled moved...185.6 today...I am headed for 179 my mid-April.

I increased my protein to 90 grams yesterday and the scale moved! 6.5 till next mini goal! 186.4 today! Thanks for all the support and encouragement!

So 187 it is...still. But I will take that number any day. It sure beats the 239.8 that I was looking at in October!! Love my sleeve!

I chose Dr Kelly and had a wonderful experience - read my blog and former posts and you can see my story. He is a wonderful surgeon and kind man. I felt safe and informed every step of the way! Love Love love him! Please message me if you want details. I worked directly with his personal assistant Trish and did not book through a US coordinator. Got wonderful service, assistance every step of the way! Best gift I ever gave myself! I have never read a negative thing about Dr Kelly nor adverse outcomes that I am aware of. 187.0 today! 7.1 pounds and I will be at my next mini-goal - to be in the 170"s!!! Whoot I love my sleeve!

My feet have shrunk... Before surgery I was a 8 my shoes are all getting big - last shoe shopping adventure I bought 3 pair and they were all 7 or 7.5. So my feet have shrunk with my body!
