Horsewoman

I had an ACL replacement in 2000, how did I know that it would lead to total knee replacement within 12 years??  I catered to this left knee, I favored it and ended up getting more seditary as the years went by.  Then with age starting to get up there it was harder to lose the weight I did gain. and with less walking and exercise, more weight came on I battled for 3-7 years for the same 30 pounds when I finally found The O-Band centers and found Dr. Carson Liu, I was over 180 pounds on a 4'11" body.  With the counceling and nutritionist, I found my problem lay in how much I concume not in quality, so I started learning all over the things I should do and the thingds I must do in order to sustain this weight loss.  I am not finished as of yet; however I have come down 30 pounds and feel wonderful, I have thirty to thirty five more to go .... so this is where all the good work pay off.  I did my first Zumba class and it did it!!  Not perfectly; but the full hour, Thanks Dr LIU!!  You have given my confidance back and the eagerness to try again.... I feel twenty-five again....
