Hey Donnie. Basically I exercise Monday - Thursday for about 30-60 minutes at a time. I don't on the weekends because I work way too much and am usually too tired. I eat a small breakfast and a big lunch. Then I try not to eat until around 5 and eat something small. I don't eat after 6pm but I do drink my water. Drink at least 64 ounces of water a day.
