hi! saw your post on weight lost and wanted to shoot you a note. First, congrats! you are an inspiration. Second, I have not had a fill yet and am losing nicely [down a total of 52 from my top weight]. Its nice to see someone else who made the band work for them without a fill. I sometimes feel like I can't relate to other bandsters who are so fillcentric. KWIM? Anyway, I'd love to chat a bit with you about life with an empty band, as you are far further in the process than the not quite 90 days I've been living with it.
