Yuba City Vanessa

Hello My name is Vanessa. Mother of 3 boys. ages 10,7, & 3. I am a stay at home mom. I do childcare out of my home. I find it very hard to diet and exercise. I'm starting to look into the lap band surgery. I currently do not have any medical problems due to being overweight. But there is a high chance I could soon. High blood pressure and diabetes runs in  my family. I have a 5 hour consultation on October 5th. I'm so nervous. But at the same time cannot wait!
