I have had my band about a year and have done fairly well. When my band is tight, I often have shoulder pain (much like after surgery when you are trying to get the gas to move). It does not matter if my stomach is empty of I have just eaten. Has anyone else experienced this and was there anything you do that gives you relief? I really do not want to have my band loosened.
