Seconded. Definitely not normal for a surgeon to just ignore this classic sign of overfill. Hope you feel better! -
At my doctor's office they did fasting blood work, went over the procedure in great detail, did a pulmonary test, and an EKG. Sounds like your doctor is pretty hands on if it'll take you that long.

I'm being banded on the 20th, too! I'm on the South Beach Diet phase i for seven days before surgery, day two is alot better than day one! lol My surgery is at 9:00 am. So ready to get this over with, the waiting is the worst!!
