Got called into work... people need to stay home when the weather gets bad... dealing with a 30 mile brush fire and lots of accidents... gonna be a long night... have to be here till 7am

yay surgery is over... my only suggestion is that u don't deprive yourself of stuff that you want... you will find what out you can and can't eat quickly... and let me tell you that does change as well... don't beat yourself up if you think you have messed up because in the long run everything works out... excercise is going to be a key as well... but take it slowly in the begining becasue you need time to heal... good luck!...

Well... I was getting really discouraged there for a while. I was so disappointed in myself thinking that I was doing everything wrong and that I was a complete failure. My appointment on the 29th made me realize that I am doing this right and that I should be proud of what I have done and what I am continuing to do. Losing 64 pounds in 5 months is something that I thought would never happen. I was going to be happy if I lost 50 pounds in a year. The lapband has given me a new outlook on life and it has made me know that there is more to me than just being the "fat girl". I am finally finding myself.

Yay another 16 lbs down... that brings my total to.... wait for it... 64 LBS in 5 months!.. So excited... If I keep this up I will be at goal by my one year... Now that is some major motivation...

At work... didn't sleep a wink today... stupid lupus... wondering if I am ever gonna start having good days again... Fill on Tuesday so excited...

Working dayshift today... Boo... Saw my boyfriend for the first time in 3 weeks last night and he said it looks like I have lost more weight

went to the dispatcher academy... glad he seems to be doing ok... how is work?... did you reschedule ur appointment?

So glad to be home... here at work... gonna try and get my fill a week early... see if they have any appointments... been almost 2 months since my last fill thanks to the academy...

doing ok. just got back from being in santa fe for 3 weeks. nervous about my appointment. sorry to hear about ur brother. is he ok?

Have one last test and a 911 Simulation I have to do and then I am done with the Academy... Graduation tomorrow... Trying to get my appointment bumped up a week but doesn't look like it will happen... Hope I have lost since the food is so good and they feed us like we are starving... been trying to be good... didn't think it would be this hard...

Finally got the stupid wireless to work at the Academy... 3 more days till graduation... can't wait to be back home and at work again...

One day off and now back to the academy tonight... Really trying to stay on track but they serve us these huge portions... have my next fill on the 29th...

Last night of work before the academy and it is almost over. Not sure when I will be able to be back on. Gonna be on major lockdown while at the academy. Had to get a doctor's note to take my protein supplements. How stupid but oh well. Gonna be a long 3 weeks. 4th fill when I get back

I officially hate being sick... Can't keep anything but Powerade and water down... 3 days to get better or else I don't go to the academy... Hmmmm maybe I should just stop trying to get better lol...

Thank God it's my Friday... Gonna spend the day in bed... Half an hour to go... Short week this week and then off to the academy...

Well it is that time again for those yummy goodness that we call girl scout cookies... I have always loved them since I was little and sold them myself... Now that I am grown I still can't resist them... I have been sicker than a dog for the past week and sweets have always been a BIG comfort food... Needless to say the ever loving boyfriend, who still has not gotten used to the fact that I don't eat the way I used to, thought he was being loving and bought some boxes... I am really trying to stay away from them but the fact that they are still in the house doesn't help the situation... It's like they are calling my name lol... I have asked him to take them out of the house or at least hide them but there they sit on the counter... Taunting me, laughing at me, knowing I will eventually give in and have a few... It is just so frustrating that I am having a hard time not eating the things that give me such joy... I know that I need to eat healthy and excersise but when your sick you just want what makes you happy... I am just going to need to get better and get back on track... I am only 3 1/2 months out and I feel like a complete failure...

Took a day off from work last night and am feeling worse than I was... Hope I can make it through shift tonight... Having a hard time staying on track since I've been sick... Need to stay clear of comfort foods...

Yay!!! Down to my last hour of OT (for a while anyway)... Back to work tonight at 11 then sleep ALL DAY TOMORROW!... Hope this paycheck is good and Uncle Sam doesn't help himself to too much of it...
