My weight has yo.yoed since middle school. I have been successful at losing weight but the keeping it off has been the hard part. I think the lapband can assist me in the keeping off part, long enough to work on my 'head hunger' issues. I do NOT want this to be a diet. I want it to be a life style change. Here is to life!
