Surgery put off due to I had to have Gall Bladder removed 1st.  Lap Band on 7-9  as of 9-24 I have lost 37 lbs and I am completely off of my blood pressure medicine and heart medicine (Coreg) cut in half.   Feeling so much better and confident.  I feel I have finally found something I can live with and manage.  I can pretty much eat anything but just small portions.  However, I am eating very little of the white stuff and very little sugar.   I do sometimes miss my Diet Pepsi, but I dont dwell on it.  I have just had my first fill but they only put a little.  After 2 days I am pretty much like I was before the fill.   I cant wait to see where I am a year from now.
