    Am I the only one?

Sorry Vlp, this was the post I wanted to post. I got banded on December 23rd. I am kinda feeling wierd myself at this time, because I have lost weight but am unsure about if I am doing my food right. I worry all the time if I am getting enough Protein, am I drinking enough Water, am I drinking too much water. I so want to succeed in this. My starting weight was 217 and I am at 195 as of yesterday. I look in the mirror and I see it a little but not like I feel I should. The scale says one thing but the mirror shows me something different..
  6. Newbee Bander here! I have so many things going through my mind at this time. Is the weight I have lost average four weeks post op? Are others afraid they are eating too much even though you know you are not? I get excited about what the scale says , then I look in the mirror and feel I should see more. I have been feeling good about everything up until this last week.

I started walking on day four and am up to two miles a day. I have great support, but keep thinking am I doing everything I should. I get excited about what the scale says, then I look in the mirror and feel I should see more. I have been feeling good about everything up until this last week.

I know I can do it as well, but I am really confused now in doing it correctly.
