  1. Had my lap band procedure three years ago and for the past year have maintained a weight number but am not losing. , Problem is I still tend to snack at night and can't seem to break this habit. I'm sure this is my reason for not losing weight. I am 72 years old, active tennis player, don't smoke or drink, not taking any meds, just a lot of vitamins .Need some guidance...Thank you If I don't respond right away it is because I will be traveling to CA. from WA. State, but I will get back with you...

  5. Hello again...1941boomer here...Question for you: My doctor wants me to crush all the supplements I am taking and was wondering if you are doing that or swallowing them whole? I know there are some chewables and liquid vitamins out there but not all.

Had my surgery September 30th, 2010. Still on the liquid diet for three more weeks, then soft food for two, then on my own. It's been a long haul but am seeing some great results. Starting weight 285.5 today October 7th, 247 lbs. Have a question: Need help in finding supplement Vitamins that I can chew or liquid that I can swallow. I'd rather not continue with the crushing of pills. Any suggestions? Thanks, Mike 1941boomer
