Hello I am in the begining stages of the surgery. In fact, testing with a diet plan to lose weight before approval for a surgery date. I have a gallstone and believe this will hold up the date. I have been put on a strict diet by the nutritionist. Right off the bat I know I will have a hard time chewing slow, sipping liquids (not drinking from a straw), and fitting in meals and snacks due to work schedule. Anyone out there with some advise?
