Hi huny, 10lbs down :-> having my stiches out tomorrow which im looking forward to they been itching like mad. Same here about soups try some mouses or low fat ice cream, i even had scrabbled eggs & mashed pots just make sure you chew it alot. keep up the good work & speak soon x x x x
