Hi, my name is Pat and I am the oldest member on this journey. I'm an Alabama girl that lives on the Georgia line. If I walk a couple of blocks down the road, I can stand in both Alabama and Georgia at the same time. I have been overweight all my life. Since I've had three back surgeries, I know I can't afford to gain any more weight. I have a lot of living to do so I need shed this access baggage. My three children are grown, all my grandchildren are grown...except for a six year old, and one of my grand daughters & her hubby just had a little boy.....I'm a great grandmother! But I'm young at heart and I want to do more in the rest of my life. Oh! And I do have sweetest most understanding husband of nearly 47 years that stands beside me in anything I want to do (within reason). It's good to 'hear' from all of you. Keep the posts coming.
