hi Kimma, i have not logged in for while. I guess since nothing much has changed... The scale is still stuck between 230 and 234. I cannot blame the band...i have been eating alot of crappy snacks and slaking of on the work out. Just last week i went back to the gym and now plan on going 2 times a week...hopefully when the warmer weather comes i will increase the workouts.
Anyways thabks ...
