My surgery is on Oct 12th. The 6 month program I had to attend was insurance mandated and more of a nutrition class than anything. I knew everything they told me but I had to go and attend anyway. So far, I am on day two of my opti-fast diet. haven't been too hungry yet... BUT yesterday a person at work brought 2 dozen donuts to work AND another person brought 2 pies. Way to tempt a guy on his first day of a sub 1000 cal diet. lol
