i have always struggled with my weight, I decided I needed some help getting it under control. I have tried( like everyone with a weight problem) every diet under the sun.they will work for awhile and then the weight would come back with even more, so I thought about the band so that I can keep it off. my biggest struggle now is to stop the addiction of food.
