My ups: Losing 12 pounds post-op. Going through this with two of my good friends. Possiblity my husband will do the procedure also. Having the procedure go quickly and smoothly (2 hours from start to finish). Not a lot of pain. Walking without pain. Shopping for new clothes for our cruise next April. My downs: Starting to experience gas.:thumbup: Wanting to eat all the things I see and smell.:thumbup: No support groups in my immediate area. Starting weight 292 Current weight 280

I start my diet tomorrow. I think it will be hard at first but I only have to be on it for five days.

I will be just in front of the both of you 9/30/10. I too am excited and nervous at the same time.
