I spent a total of one year trying to obtain approval and even had a surgery date. I was on the protein diet for the 10 days. The Day before sugery, I called to make sure it was a go and was told it was denied. I was did not have the appropriate consultations with the family doctor and nutritionalist. So once again I had to start over with a six month regimene. Now after one year, I have another surgery date of 10-15-2010. I hope it goes this time.
