I decided to post my response here because I wasn't the orginator of the (Discouraged post). I am very encouraged about my weight loss!! I have lost 7 pounds in the past two weeks. I have been working out for one hour Monday thru Friday at the gym for the past two weeks. I should have been working out at the gym but it took a while to build up the motivation to go. I still stuggle with making healthy choices but I am a work in progress like us all!
