I have been struggling with my weight most of my life. Although I realize now that I was not overweight in highschool like I thought. I've been counting calories since middle school because I felt like I was a tub o lard. After my second child I put on a lot of weight and did not do a very good job at losing it because I couldn't stick to anything and I don't like to sweat so exercise has not been an option that I would choose. I use to be fairly active until I got fatter. I would like to walk and swim and keep up with my grandchildren again. Please if you have any ideas for me to help me stick with this and get rid of my health problems that have come with being overweight I'd really appreciate it. As of now I have high blood pressure, sleep apnea and a mother and grandmother that fight the disease of obesity also. I can already tell that it's not about being hungry it's about wanting to put something in my mouth as a habit and nothing else.
