Thanks for sending me a message Deb. I am doing very well. Honestly I have a large boost of energy lately so I am trying to use it which is the reason you don't see me posting on the site as much anymore. My new routine is I walk in the morning (because you burn more stored fat in the a.m) 2 blocks, I go to the gym after work and do 30 - 40 minutes of cardio, and 3 days a week I come home after that and walk another 2 blocks once it has cooled down. Thanks so much for the support Deb. I am giving this everything I have because I want it to work more then anything. I how everything is well with you as well. Keep pushing and keep your head up!
