Well On my pre-oped diet the 2nd day and I am doing a lot better, I had some made soap my hubby made for me, and made jello, And adding a tiny 2 inch banana to my protein shakes helps so much! But i am seeing and feeling the cravings for starches today. crackers, fries, stuffing..lol it is all hard... thought if i wasn't hungry i would not want those foods.. wrong!
