I am luckily, at this point in my life, without any major health problems. Being between 190-205 lbs for 10 years now, I am shocked that I haven't developed diabetes or something worse. I have tried every diet in the world and excercise regularly ( I work at a gym and I am a nurse) and the weight will not stay off. I am seeing in my bloodwork my sugars and cholesterol rising.I am a few years away from being 30 and I am having this surgery to prevent major health problems and to feel better ( I seem to be not feeling well ALL the time). I am so excited to get my life back and my surgery has been scheduled for Oct 6th,2010:)
