Hi there... I'm creative with my liquids...lol
My dietician mentioned I could have cream of chicken and cream of mushroom Soup of course it's needs to be low fat. I dilute with Water, the soup is a little thicker so you fill up faster.
I also have sugar free Jello or a sugar free popscyle, sugar free Hawiian punch.. diet green tea. :biggrin:
If I feel weak, I drink a 1/4 cup of Protein drink. The EAS brand is really good especially the strawberry & vanilla.
I'm 10 days post-op and have lost 16lbs.. I don't feel hungry at all.. more thirsty..
