I am really getting alot of info on this site. I am going to the Dr. Thursday also (good luck Racheal). I already got approved last year went through pre-op, had my surgury date then I chickened out. I am so mad @ myself for not going through with it. So now I am required to do the 6 mo. diet do to insurance changes. It sucks...I just want to get started. I am starting my diet before Christmas just to see if I can be around food and to see how I can handle it. -

I am new to this site, and so very happy to be here. I messed up last year everything was ready to go for my surgury and I cancelled "I was sceared". So now my insurance changed and I have had to do the 6 month diet:think . So I go for my first appt. on Dec. 14th. Do they want to lose and then say sorry you can do it on your own or what is the point to the 6 month diet?
