Mismistee

Hello everyone! I am 16 months post lap band and am now gaining weight. I am starting to panic and do not know what I should do. I have gained 10 pounds in 3 months. I know I have made some poor drinking choices, eating choices etc. while going through a separation etc. Can someone tell me how to get back on track? Should I maybe go back to liquids for a bit? Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!

I am new here and wanted to stop by and introduce myself. My name is Mistee and I was banded 7/23/10. So far I have lost 34 lbs. and am loving every minute of this journey. I am blessed to have the opportunity to re-invent myself.

I am looking to chit chat, share recipes and just meet some good people. People who are experiencing what I am now, who are going to, and of course those near the end of their journey.
