How much protein powder do you have to put in your juice? Is it 1 tablespoon or 2 or 3...? The protein powder i tried tasted terrible and barely would dissolve even in soup because I had to use so much. -

Very helpful article. I was banded in 2010 and need a refresher. I'm going to keep in mind eat 1/2 c of food only. I stick to the "drink between meals" but have a problem with portion control. Any tips? Maddie -
